Fabrication is another area where Prime Engineering feels confident and comfortable. An especially designed fabrication shop undertakes medium to heavy jobs for the quality conscious buyer. Fabrication of items like heavy 40 MVA power transformer casings and related structures is one example of the type of highly intricate components that can be manufactured by us. Enough capacity and workspace exists for the fabrication of Transmission, Communication, Microwave, Broadcast TV, and Decoration Towers for the country’s  Electricity Distribution network as well as for the for the Mobile Phone Companies and other buyers.

The production facility in our control comprises basic machine tools and thus can be put to use for the manufacturing of components/spares for any of the industries namely Cement, Chemicals. Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Glass, Paper, Packaging etc. with capability to produce SS and MS tanks, Pipe spools, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boiler Structure and Parts, Storage Racks, Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators etc.

R&D is an essential need of any progressive Organization and we are no exception. The R&D is manned by experienced and technically qualified staff fully conversant with the present day needs of this important component of the modern industrial organization. A very well equipped Design Department takes care of the drafting and design needs of the Company and is manned by staff equally qualified for undertaking the development jobs
